Candid Moments Photography

Meet Julia!  She turned a year old on Easter this year.  We headed outside for the first half of this session, and ended up in the studio along with older sister Rilynn to finish things up. 

Well, we had a fabulous time at Universal studios…  I accidentally made Lesley ride a roller coaster… she was not happy - but she didn’t puke, so that’s good! LOL  In my defense, I didn’t KNOW that it was a rolloer coaster ride - I thought it was going to be 3D.

Gonna throw in another video here since there were so many images…  but I will also single out a couple of my favorites to comment on them.  The first day was a pre conference wedding seminar with David Ziser, so the first bunch of photos are from that…

Here is one of many new friends we made on our trip.  This is Kim Teichrow.  She’s a very talented photographer and artist.  Check out some of her work here.  PS - this was taken in the large arena area at the tech expo - i.e. the place with the lighting from HELL…  sheesh!  I struggled with the white balance on this photo! LOL

On the last day, after the last conference event, we rented a car and headed for the coast to Canaveral National Seashore (natural/undeveloped beaches).  Here’s Lesley taking it all in…

My great friend Lesley and I headed down to Orlando for a week to attend Photoshop World 2008.   We added an extra “fun” day to our trip and headed to Universal Studios the day after we arrived.  It was a great time!

I’ve been used to seeing Gavin once a month - but now that he’s a year, he’ll only be getting his photos done every 6 months.  He’s going to be so big by then!!!

Kelsey and Perry were married on March 15th and Harvest Community Church in Omaha with a reception following at the Treynor Community Center in Treynor, IA.

It was very BRISK day, but we still managed to get some great shots - we just didn’t stay outside for too long!  I think the high temp was about 38 degrees that day.  Here is a sneek peek!

I hope everyone had a fabulous Easter.  We had a great time spending it with family.  My sister-in-law Laurie and her husband Jason hosted this year.  Fun, food, and family!

One of the mom’s from my friend Liz’s daycare just had a little baby girl.  She asked if I would take some birth photos for them as a gift.  Here’s Addyson - less than a day old!   She’s a cutie!

3-month old twins Ezra & Finley.  Their mom, Natasha, is friends with Gavin’s mom (see previous post).  They came all the way from Waverly for their portrait session.

Ezra was not as “smiley” as his sister, but we got a cute little smirk for this one! Go Huskers!
